A Euro meeting would be pretty cool.

I nominate Copenhagen, or maybe London.

Copenhagen is goog for the Danish and Swedish posters, but not for the rest Wink

When we make a Euro meeting then it must be in the midddle of Europe. I this Area Paris - Brussels - Köln - Strassbourg

Birmingham is nice, actually. Despite its reputation. London is too expensive...

If ever such a thing had to happen, I agree, to me the best choices would be Brussels or Strasbourg (not Strassbourg! we're in France!).

But Brussels or Strasbourg??

Brussels would seem the more logic to me, as much for distance as for the European symbol (plus, I remember of a good youth hostel there).

But Calais remains an idea I like!

Also, could be the occasion to make a football match. UK vs. The Continent, of course.

The middle of Europe would actually not be Brussels nor Strasbourg, but Berlin. Tongue

I could get behind Brussles though.

Berlin is a very cool city. Every time i go to Berlin I like it more. In the past (when it was divided) it was a boring and terrible city.

Come on, against the British, we can find ways to unite ourselves. Remember the good ol' time of Napoléon...! Grin

And the French don't care about the history of Strasbourg, that's French now! we took back Alsace and Lorraine!

You misunderstod. I was saying we should go to Berlin since that is the middle.

However since I've already been to Berlin once, it'd be pretty cool to go some other place. (for me personally)

Ah, but surely it's not the centre of Europe but the centroidal point of the European Atlas population that is more relevant?

Not sure where that would be, but I'd guess that it's quite a bit west of Berlin.

It appears that the centre of the European Union is agreeably close to Frankfurt, right by Gelnhausen, so I suppose we should meet in Gelnhausen. Grin

After this morning's banter - Antonio, so I can buy him breakfast and I can order Freedom Toast! Tongue

As an Army Recruiter, I want to check up on Rob and ensure he's ready for Basic Training.

And the usual folks - MODU, GM3, Andrew Berger, etc

Honestly, ReaganFan.  I (completely seriously) respect the hell out of his willingness to enlist and serve his country.  For someone who gets tons of sh**t on an Internet forum for all of his oddities, Mike's a stand-up guy.
