What, if in some strange twist, Ralph Nader was allowed into the Presidential Debates along with George Bush and Al Gore? What would be the result of the election?

What gporter said. Most of the Nader supporters would clearly support Gore in a two way race, but they failed to realize that they were actually helping Bush. So with Nader in an even better position than in real life, Bush wins by a slightly better margin thanks to even more Gore voters switching to Nader.

I can't believe I'm saying this but Gporter is actually making a decent analysis here.

I'd swing MN, IA and OR to Bush too.

Just as many of Nader's supporters would have supported Bush in a two-way race.
