Giuliani to run against Gillibrand

Rudy is a terrible candidate and when he actually runs people will really see it.

Not in a NY race.  He managed to run for mayor and win.  Plus, his baggage is old news here, while it isn't in the rest of the country, and Rudy will not have to tack significantly right to win any primary, like in a national race.  I suspect if he wants to run, the field will be cleared for him, though.
