My support for Simmons in this race is solid now. I've decided to support the most electable Republicans in 2010. While I really like McMahon, she obviously isn't a better candidate than Simmons.

McMahon is still relatively unknown.  66 percent of those polled "don't know enough about her to form an opinion".  Given her money, that will change before the primary. Heck, she has even run ads on expensive NYC OTA-TV a year before the election.  If that continues next year, her name recognition will be as high or higher than Simmons come primary time.

No surprise that they only included the establishment puppet candidates in their poll. Peter Schiff needs to crush those two worthless hacks.

1) unpopular Dem incumbent
2) corruption
3) strong Republican candidate
4) solid Obama state


...but then that means I'll have to predict a Dodd victory in order not to jinx it.
