I would urge the Court to hold Louisville in Contempt of Court for his excessive wasting of the court's valuable time. This could be taken into consideration at sentencing as an aggravating factor if found guilty. 

I would also like to charge Wulfric, or the name of his fursona, "Dwarven Dragon" with the same charges.

Honestly, if I didn’t know (not think) that it would cause chaos and strife, I’d say that if the court does not want to do it’s job they could resign. But I will leave that as a purely hypothetical line of reasoning.

    Sorry for the delay in handling this case. I've tried to get in touch with the Attorney General of the Republic of Atlasia to file a response, which has met with limited success. I will give the Republic of Atlasia until 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, December 6th to file a response brief or formally request an extension. Absent a satisfactory response the case will proceed regardless.

Alright, what the dickens is going on?

Green Panty raid 2.0, Hawaiian style after Laki's deregistration. Ended up being a big mess and now the seat's in contention leading to one of three possible scenarios:

A) The appointment was legitimate and Wulfric was lawfully appointed to Laki's seat, which he then resigned while a member of Peace and thus Peace has the right to appoint someone to it
B) The appointment was not legitimate, but Hui Liliʻuokalani still had the right to appoint someone which ReallySuper did, meaning HL would be the senator to the seat [while this one has some moral backing/"what laki wanted with his seat", the legal backing seems minimal which means this is the least likely scenario to pan out]
or
C) The appointment was not legitimate because either 1) "Wulfric" isn't listed on the census and/or 2) Hui Liliʻuokalani ceased to be a major party when Laki deregistered. Both of these mean that the seat is still vacant because the party didn't have the right to appoint someone, so the seat should be up for a special election.

As you can tell, it's pretty messy.
