Instead of crowding up the Gubernatorial thread, I'm going to use this instead to include info about the state's few competitive State Assembly races.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY
CURRENT: Democrats have control with 48 seats. Republicans have 32.
All 80 seats are up for election. Assemblymen run in two-member districts where the top two finishers are elected.

STATE SENATE
CURRENT: Democrats have control with 23 seats. Republicans have 17.
The Senate is only up for election in years ending in one, three, and seven. There are two special elections however: One GOP-held seat and one Democratic seat.

And my own personal calls:

DEMOCRATS

Milam (AD01): Slight Republican
Albano (AD01): Toss-up
Burzicelli (AD03): Safe Democrat
Riley (AD03): Strong Democrat
Moriarty (AD04): Strong Democrat
open (AD04): Lean Democrat
Conners (AD07): Strong Democrat
Conaway (AD07): Strong Democrat
Greenstein (AD14): Strong Democrat
DeAngelo (AD14): Strong Democrat
Wisnewski (AD19): Strong Democrat
open (AD19): Strong Democrat
Stender (AD22): Slight Democrat
Green (AD22): Slight Democrat
Schaer (AD36): Toss-up
Scalera (AD36): Toss-up
Voss (AD38): Lean Democrat
Wagner (AD38): Lean Democrat

REPUBLICANS

All GOP-held seats are currently ranked "Safe Republican."

Republicans are likely to gain 1-2 seats this cycle, with a notably significant upside potential. Neither of the Senate Seats up for special election, District 6 (formerly Adler) and District 23 (formerly Lance), are expected to be competitive.

I live in LD-1, and I think Milam is gone before Albano.

Sorry for my extended abscene lately but I've been working almost non-stop for the Christie campaign and LD-36.  With that, I fully expect a split in LD-36 with Pio Costa the Republican that wins and most likely Scalera as the Dem
