Prison Reform Bill [On the President's Desk]

Wow, never let Bacon King act as President again. How could this garbage bill be signed? It needs at least two amendments before it becomes anything more than a nightmare waiting to happen.

I'm in kind of a rush because I have this NM stuff to deal with. I'd like to see amendments to this bill brought to the floor at the beginning of next week. Apologies for not being more thorough.

This is a great bill that alot of time was put into to make sure it was fair and dealt with it's problems. We can reduce funding by a handful-billion and perhaps even outright ban private prisons after a time, but this is a great bill.
