he bowed out with basically no attempt to fight for himself as the allegations came out and went into a quiet period but has slowly been poking his way back into the public eye.  he is being more honest in interviews.  he isn't old at all yet and with the NY Gov't such an eternal mess I think that leads more room for 'dymanism' as President Forever would call it.  gun to my head I produce an arbitrary figure of 10%.

I hope not. I don't care about the hooker thing at all but he just wasn't that good of a governor to begin with and his hard-on for Bush's foreign policy always bothered me.
