Newsom: 41% Favorable, 44% Unfavorable (-3)

This statewide telephone survey of 500 Likely Voters in California was conducted by Rasmussen Reports September 24, 2009. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 4 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.

Yeah, so I'm definitely for Brown at this point. It'd be awesome if he used "Califorinia Uber Alles" as his campaign song.
