El Este de Los Ángeles, California

Frankly, it is my opinion that we have NO BUSINESS WHATSOVER meddling in the affairs of sovereign nations. And that includes Columbia! And that includes Venezuela! It is Atlasian Imperialism that has put our embassy staff at risk, and nothing else. Not only should Atlasia pull its troops out of the region, it should officially apologise to President Chavez for repeatedly trying to remove him from power, and should ally itself with progressive social movements across Latin America. Millitary movements from Atlasia and the absurd new restrictions of Venezuela demonstrate that the current "progressive administration" is but a sham for the usual corporate-military-fascist interests and is deplorable. And I deplore it! Comrades, I deplore it! No! Never again! We do not own Latin America! I stand with Venezuela! No to Atlasian Imperialism! No to Columbian-Fascist Agression!

I must respectfully disagree with this analysis, comrade Wink

We were attacked by terrorists, and we have every right to defend ourselves.

Atlasian meddling in Latin America predates recent problems. And talk about a sledgehammer to crack a hazelnut!

I basically agree with your statement up through "Not only should Atlasia pull its troops out of the region,". I disagree with your other suggestions for actions, though I applaud you for adding some spirited dissent to Atlasia's discourse. Wink
