Of course. In fact, instead of deporting all illegals (as our national-collectivists are wont to do), we ought instead have a national pop quiz: those who score over, say, fifty-plus-point-one percent on it ought to be granted immediate citizenship, while those who rank in the bottom tenth percentile should themselves be sent off, regardless of the land of their birth.

And where do we send those in the bottom tenth percentile? If we let Texas secede from the Union you would neither need the test or have to send anyone anywhere.
