I'd also like to point out that Bush is a 21st Century example of Wilsonianism in the modern age.

Except George Bush cared about black people.

No, not really.

In Wilson's Congressional Government, he proposed that the president should have unilateral power, and he should be as "big a man as he can."  In addition, Wilson got us into an unnecessary war and eroded civil liberties.  He certainly has parallels to Bush.

No, not really.
