..wouldn't you want to include those images in the book?  Not the Yale Press.

I hated when our press half assed covered this story when it happened (and very few articles on it had the gonads to print the cartoons).  I recall being extremely disappointed with Jon Stewart and stopped watching TDS (for about 3 days) over it.  Self-censorship out of fear is just as bad as the govt throwing your printing press into the river.
