I might give a 2 or 3 if they actually focused on dangerous organized crime elements in drug distribution inistead of mostly on medical marijuana clinics, non-violent dealers and Cheech Marin.

Why can't the states have their own drug laws?  Why does the federal government have to get involved in everything?
