1st Amendment: 93% Keep it, 7% Repeal it
2nd Amendment: 65% Keep it, 35% Repeal it

     Keep it. While it is definitely the least relevant item in the Bill of Rights 200 years later, protections like this are nevertheless important.

     Keep it. While it is definitely the least relevant item in the Bill of Rights 200 years later, but protections like this are nevertheless important.

Keep it, though as others have noted it's not really relevant anymore. The modern military favors centralized barracks to house soldiers who are on duty.
