What makes you think we haven't had a lesbian? I mean, there are tons of theories out there about "Pope Joan". Maybe there was a President who was secretly female, too. William Howard Taft had very pendulous breasts.

First elected one, anyway. The first one ever was a man, but he was interim PM of Norway for only four days, IIRC.
