2010 is going to be a wild political year in Colorado, who would you vote for if it was between these two Gubernatorial candidates?

To be frank, McInnis is a douche.  From the Jim Edgar School of Self-aggrandizing DoucheryTM.

Oh, McInnis, that guy who retired in 2004 and hasn't ran for ANYTHING since or shown any intentions of it? Who cares?

Ritter, I like him and I don't particularly care for McInnis. Though I would vote for Josh Penry over him. He's a sensible guy who bucks the party when they're hypocrites on deficits and such.

Colorado has tough local fundraising restrictions for state office, especially for incumbents I hear, Ritter could easily lose

Well considering McInnis leads Ritter by 8, I find BRTD's attitude pretty ignorant of what is going on. Not that is anything unusual though.

McInnis has run the suckiest campaign so far in Colorado (Besides Beauprez) and is STILL leading Ritter outside the margin of error.

Everyone is against Ritter's policies. Democrats don't like him. Republicans hate him. Independents aren't swinging to him.

If McInnis wasn't just a stupid campaign this time around he could win easily, but he's blowing it almost every single time he gets press or anything and yet he's STILL winning

Well, it was only +2 Dem.

I think Penry would be stronger, a reform, ethics conservative.

Penry will be stronger after McInnis hurts himself so much he's hated more then Ritter and Penry gets his name a lot stronger.
