Very tough question. In 2000, Hillsborough county  was Bush 48.7% to Gore 46.8%. I have little doubt that Kerry will do better than Gore, but NH doesn't fluctuate very much. I will say Kerry for now, beause Hillsborough county has been a near identical indicator as to how the state votes, and NH will go for Kerry. The one problem I have in viewing how NH will go, is because I live in a town that voted 60%+ for Bush.

Cochise:
2000

Bush 54.7
Gore 40.2
Nader 3.3

Safe to say Bush will win Chochise County.

A bit of trivia, anyone seen Dark Star? Benson, Arizona is in Cochise County right off I-10.

Marquette County, MI went for Gore 53-43 last time. Kerry will win it by about 12 points, I'd say...this area is very dependent on iron mining and the lifting of the steel tariffs are none too popular here.

Montgomery

Gore 62.5% 232,453
Bush 33.5% 124,580

Also went for Townsend 61-38 in 2002 over a pro-choice Republican with a black Lt. Governor who won the state overall 51-47.

Harris County (Houston and suburbs) went 54 - 43 Bush last time.  Inner Houston with it's mainly brown and black precincts went 70% Gore.  Suburban Harris County went about that way for Bush.  Collar counties around Harris overwhelmingly for Bush.  For example, Montgomery County just north of Harris went 78% Bush.

Same pattern this time around.

I don't think Kerry will win my county, but he'll almost certainly win my city.

Gore won Clark County in Ohio with 48.6% of the vote in 2000, Bush had 48.1%  I'm guessing Kerry wins Clark County about 50-46% this time.

You have a Hillsborough county in N.H. too? Ours used to be spelled Hillsboro.
