Of course they should have the right to sue.

And this is why you aren't a libertarian. Corporations have no natural rights; only those bequeathed to them by the State.

Corporations have only the rights that the individuals voluntarily composing the corporation have. They do not have the right to demand restitution for an activity where they are not directly harmed. So, I agree with you somewhat on that.

And that's exactly my point of view also. Which is why, if we began acting out on that belief, we could assume the role of the Left in American political discourse, which is by rights and intellectual heritage ours to begin with. But it means fully severing ourselves from populist elements that have hijacked the language to pursue a basically social-collectivist policy. It would also mean, furthermore, trying to find some measure of common ground with the contemporary "Left", and convincing them that our end results are fundamentally in accord, and that their ends would best be served by adopting our means.

10.  I mean, if I were to run a country, unions would be illegal (and so would striking and lockouts).

But, whilst the USA is going down the sh**tter, we may as well burn it down faster, so thumbs up to the AFL-CIO.  Give them all the power.  Make the employers suffer.  We'll come back in 50 years and rebuild a new America (and Canada).

While we're at it, let's just get rid of the right to free assembly altogether. I mean, who needs it?

No I respect people's rights.  OK, so lets not make unions illegal.  We'll give businesses the right to refuse collective bargaining.  You may form a union only with the consent of the business owner.

But that is not the point.

Lets all give the unions more power; it will help destroy the country faster so we can get back to rebuilding it.

And that's different from making unions illegal how?

If you need that explained you're clearly not old enough to post here.  May I suggest disney.com?

You honestly think that allowing unions only when allowed by the business owner would not eliminate every single union in the country overnight, and I'm clueless?!?

Freedom Organization. They fight for the American workers.

But I'd give 'em a 7

Becuase you need to make sure unions, like this one don't go strangling the Corporations.
