I think Larry Hogan might make this race close, but I don't believe he'll pull off the upset. Predicting David Trone to win.

Hogan has a narrow advantage can it end up going to Trone it can but we have Cruz and Scott especially Cruz vulnerable if we need an extra seat and Fischer
