I didn't care for it too much. I'd sooner have a whopper.

If you really really want a good burger, get Denny's Breakfast All Day burger.

Yes, one opened not long ago in Cumming and I gave it a try.  Pretty darn good.

I had one in Iowa, and it was decent just because burgers are good. In & Out, Braum's, and Five Guys are all better regional chains, at least based on my tiny sample size.

I'd be willing to give it another try next time I'm up North though.

Pretty good, didn't stand out to me. Notably not the Midwest so it might be better there. Burgers from chain restaurants have become a market inefficiency though. Usually the same price as fast food burgers now and definitely better.

I don't know if it's the best, but gawd damn that's a good burger.

I am in Michigan. Metro Detroit area. We have plenty of Culver’s locations. It is from Wisconsin. It made its way here more than a decade ago.

I get the Sourdough Melt. It has Cheddar and onion. I sometimes will add mushrooms and bacon. Or do without. Sometimes pickles.

It is one of the best for burgers among fast-food establishments. It beats McDonald’s. It is better than Wendy’s. It tastes better than Five Guys Burgers & Fries.

Burger King is different. So, I don’t compare it with Culver’s.

Culver’s doesn’t stand out only for burgers. It is better than the others with chicken strips. It also has soups and chili. And, of course, there is its soft-serve custard.

One thing about burgers in fast-food establishments: They play it safe and will cook them, oftentimes, thoroughly to the point that they are not generally the best. So, I would not rate a burger from a fast-food restaurant too highly.

It's ok, but it's no In-N-Out...let alone Whataburger.

EDIT: Culver's is all about the custards anyway...but Freddy's might have them beat.

I had Whataburger once and thought it was really bad. Maybe I just went to a bad one.

Had In-N-Out many times and think it’s pretty average. The healthy fries are gross.

Never had it, it's not in Pittsburgh. I don't really care about Culver's. I just sit here pining for the return of Rax, even though I know it's never coming back.

No. I'm not sure if they have Culver's in Massachusetts.

Rax!  The salad bar was the tits!

You know what's weird, I ate at a Rax 100 times when I was little and can not for the life of me remember what I ate.  They didn't have burgers did they?  Just the roast beef, I don't like roast beef.  I may have just had the salad bar and an order of fries because that's all I remember.

No, but I'd like to try at least once in my life, just out of curiosity.
