Once, in June 2022. I was a month into my giant 25,000 mile, 140 day road trip that I've mentioned on here now and then. The night before I tested positive, I noticed that I felt like crap and was having a hard time falling asleep. I'd also been sneezing a lot since the afternoon. I was planning to hike Guadalupe Peak in far west Texas the next morning, but I woke up feeling pretty weak and knew that wouldn't happen. Took a covid test a few hours later and tested positive. Ended up staying for 3 or 4 days in a hotel in Alpine, Texas. They let me cook with my camping stove inside my room with the window open so that I wouldn't have to constantly go in and out to get food, lol. When I left the hotel I had been asymptomatic for a day, and I stayed outdoors and away from people for the next few days after that, until I'd been 5 days fully asymptomatic. The severity was that of a bad cold or very mild flu. I'd already had all 3 of the covid shots I've gotten.

Well if people keep up with their VACCINES.. it is just like a Cold.

the only thing I sided with the left on Covid about was vaccines.. even proposing we use military action to forcefully INJECT people with vaccines.

To my knowledge, I've never had it. I've had a few colds since 2020, but each time I tested negative so I don't think they were covid. I've been exposed several times, including once when my roommate had it, but I've managed to avoid it each time.

I think this is largely a function of my life circumstances, since I worked from home until earlier this year. Hopefully this streak continues, but we shall see. *knocks on wood*

Option 3. Masks and vaccines have worked well for me. I had a very mild cold that might have been a sinus infection two years ago (just a runny nose for about a day). Otherwise, I haven't been sick since well before the pandemic started.

Option 2. My wife got it in December 2020 and tested positive and then I got sick with classic symptoms. Felt like death, didn’t get tested but no need to.

Then we both got it in March of this year, she tested positive but I had symptoms first for half a day and it was not bad for me (yay vaccine) but she couldn’t have any more vaccines so she got it bad.

Had it one time during the original pandemic, relatively late into it if I recall. Had it again last month back to back with a week where I had stomach flu. Not a good time.

COVID is very similar to the flu instead of getting COVID vaccines they tell you to get the flu, your A1C goes up my sugar was 500 when I had the 100 degree flu

Somehow I haven't gotten sick with anything since I was an 8th Grader in George W. Bush's first term.

I had confirmed cases of COVID at least twice... March 2022 and April 2023, I think.
