Tried to list all of the realistic possiblities above; there may be some overlap but just choose the one you think fits best. The implications of this could be pretty big as maps in TX, AL, LA, MS, FL, SC, and GA could all be affected (and to a lesser degree CA, NC, NJ, and possibly some other diverse states).
