I'm going to go with Lieberman because he singlehandedly handicapped a lot of the good things Obama could have done during his early presidency, including the public option in Obamacare. I don't have enough knowledge of Zell Miller, but I know he was also far too conservative. At least his excuse is that he was from a different era of southern Democrat? Joe Manchin sucks too. They all suck.

Lieberman because he repeatedly lead pushes for censorship, cost Gore the 2000 election, and wrote the Homeland Security Act.

Lieberman because we had no business seeing the Senator who would be responsible for helping Republicans so much be a Senator from Connecticut.

It's in large part thanks to Republicans crossing over to vote for him (esp. in 1988 & 2006) that he was a Senator from Connecticut.
