IMO Upstate New York is the best outside of politics (which should never be considered when making a decision)

Belfast ME is an appealing place for a summer home. Quaint downtown on a sheltered stretch of Penobscot bay. An hour from Bangor and 3 and half hours from family in Boston.

Upstate New York is very nice, though Maine could be cheaper. Not sure.

Upstate NY is probably the most racist.

Maine is the most beautiful of these due to the mountains and coastline.

New Hampshire should be the choice for anyone here wanting to get into politics. I can’t imagine it would be that hard to get elected to the state legislature.

New Hampshire or Maine. If I can have the opportunity to live at the coast, I take it. Always wanted to have the sea in front of my door.

Difficult to say. I guess I'll go with Maine, but they're all great.

Vermont is the most desirable but I have a feeling it wouldn't work out. Upstate New York would probably be fine.
