This man somehow reminds me of Ralfie from the Sopranos. At first he looks chill, has this unique haircut, but the actor who played him was 50 at the time while Miller was 31 to 35 when he worked at the Trump White House. Due to his actions and behavior even other Trump advisers were disturbed and distanced completely from himself.
