I love unagi kabayaki so much. Such a special food.

Also probably should try jellied eels at some point to see what the fuss is about.

Never had it; don't recall ever seeing them either in a store or on a menu around here, but then I don't often go to a Japanese restaurant. Probably could find it if I had a reason to care, but I don't.

For that matter, considering how stressed eel populations are worldwide due to overfishing, it's probably best to not eat them right now.

I think the sauce is the determinant of the quality, not the meat itself. But I enjoyed it. I like saucy meat, so Asian food is probably my favorite cuisine.

I thought this was going to be about the band.

I don’t eat seafood, so horrible food by default. They seem moderately interesting though. I’d at least spend a minute or two watching them at an aquarium.

I like eel in sushi form. I'm not too familiar with other means of eating it though. It can't be that bad.
