I’m skeptical of the conventional wisdom about NV on this forum, but I think you could make a convincing case for either one here. I’d have to go with Sisolak in the end, but it’s somewhat close.

Sisolak, given that the Republicans in Nevada won't have Paul LePage as their gubernatorial nominee.

Sisolak. Maine is more Democratic and the GOP is probably going to nominate LePage. lol

As things stand today (and of course, they are very liable to evolve with the national environment, candidate recruitment, etc.) I'd peg Sisolak's odds of reelection at ~50-55% and Mills' at ~70-75%

Sisolak may actually lose, but I don't expect him to, tbh. Both will in all likelyhood win, but NV-Gov will be the closer race.

Sisolak by far. LePage only won with the help of third-party candidates on the ballot.

Sisolak. LePage never won with a majority and even if he is the nominee I highly doubt he's able to defeat Mills.

Sisolak, and not just because it's Nevada.

Even without LePage, Mills has an edge over Sisolak. Too early to be sure obviously.

Sisolak, but I don’t think this is at all obvious, and I’d rate both roughly the same.
