Minnesota probably isn't flipping anytime soon, unless the GOP finds some magical candidate that appeals to both rural and suburban voters, but even then, Hillary still won despite appealing to neither.

Biden has to be a catastrophic failure as President to lose Minnesota, but he simply has to be above average to win Florida. So he refuses to appear on stage with Raul Castro or Nicolas Maduro unless to defang the 'socialism' in their countries; this takes away the Trump version of the (Commie) Red Scare.
