...Bismarck. yeah that's pretty amazing. It's currently less boring and more vibrant.

I'm probably headed there this week. Safer too. I'll still be working at home for awhile and there's currently nothing to do in Minneapolis and probably won't be for at least a month or so. You can actually go to bars and shop at record stores in Bismarck!

Bismarck genuinely seems like my kind of place, at least in some ways. 100k-ish people with some cultural amenities and a couple of colleges sounds awesome. I've never been much of a big-city person, but if I were living on the Great Plains I wouldn't want it to be in the middle of nowhere either.

Sports and colleges are closed now, the atmosphere sucks for the time being and since I'm working at home I can work anywhere.

Minneapolis. Bismarck is just too small and too far from everything else.

Bismarck ND easily, which kinda seems like a right sized city for me that at the same time isn’t completely run down.

I’d go with Bismarck, but simply because I prefer cities around that size. If only it was more diverse and less conservative.

Minneapolis now or beforehand. I will say that I’m actually interested to live in Fargo when the pandemic is under control. I need to live somewhere with a real winter, not the weak winter we’ve been having in Chicagoland for a while.

Blood is too light red from being oxidized to properly describe it I suggest we use Cherry red instead of blood as it is darker.

Bismarck, not a good time to be in a big city. Also much better place to be than anywhere in neighboring SD.

Long term though, I'd probably choose where I can get a better job, but more likely Minneapolis. But again, Bismarck is better for this time in particular.
