If you think that is a victory for Trump you have serious problems. That's literally 3 more blue counties than in 2016.

A slight Trump win, but this map isn't actually a feasible outcome for the upcoming election. Trump isn't breaking 60% in Anoka, Carver, Scott, or Rice.

That looks like a Democrat victory. 2/3 of the state's population lives in those 4 blue counties around Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Margins matter, if Trump is winning 70% in counties where he won around 62% in 2016 the fact he lost a few counties won't matter overall
