There will be a sham trial just like it was in 1999 against Clinton; consequently,  this is a political trial, not a CRT trial.

Reagan was much more deserving of impeachment, only escaped due to Iran Contra happening in the last 2 yrs of his presidency

No--only at the ballot box next November.  Democrats and independents and disaffected Republicans need to unite to make this happen!

Alabama is more likely to vote Trump out in 2020 than the Senate is.

For what? He did nothing wrong. He already has more accomplishments than 43 and 44 put together. Idiotic comment. This will only help him in 2020.

0% No. You would need 20 republicans to join the democrats in the senate to remove from office. Now it’s not a question of whether he will be removed from office, it is a question of whether it will have a positive, negative, or neutral impact. From a democratic point of view, if it helps him or is neutral they shouldn’t and if it hurts him then they should go through. Just do the opposite for republicans.

There is a zero percent chance of both his removal and resignation.

No probably not.  But one interesting thing to watch is the rage factor.  Whether he admits it or not he is really mad as hell about this stain on his Presidency.  I think he could start acting crazy soon and his poll numbers might start dipping slightly which might put pressure on Senators to vote to hear witnesses, etc.  I mean, he's obviously guilty so this can only get worse if more facts come out.

Reading the bold text caused response overload. "Start"? uh, "acting crazy"? Compared to what. Perhaps I need a definition of what you're talking about. Who decides what is crazy? He's been acting crazy for four years now, but it all seems to be part of a plan most of the time and the Democrats walk right into it, if he doesn't step in it first.

His presidency is like the 1979 video arcade game asteroids. Trump is the little triangle ship. The media is the asteroids. Every time he shoots the media's rocks, they become smaller, more numerous and more dangerous. The Democrats take turns being the little flying saucer that comes in every now and then shooting at him. Trump has made so many rocks flying everywhere in chaos, so most of the time the flying saucer gets destroyed by a rock before they can hit Trump.

If anyone is confused or too young to understand this metaphor, this link will help you out:

People need to realize that he isn't going to get any votes to be removed from office. No Republicans will vote to remove unless they know that 2/3 will remove him in a vote. And even if half of the Republicans change their mind overnight and want to remove him they aren't going to just show up to the Senate and convict him. It will be like Nixon where the GOP tells Trump to resign, before the Senate trial.
