Does SCOTUS hear it? If so, will it be this term?

Doubtful, unless the court wants to expand or amplify upon something in the Circuit decision and/or Clinton v. Jones, 520 U.S. 681

Yes, because it involves a House impeachment inquiry which is now official. If they agree with the DC Appeals, they'll refuse to hear it but most likely, yes with an expedited review.

The bolded part is a rather questionable assumption even if you expect them to take up the case (which while possible, is unlikely for a number of reasons) given that it'd only take four Justices to grant cert.

It seems like a not-insignificant share of SCOTUS's caseload next term is going to be Trump's multiple vanity court cases trying to evade oversight and subpoenas.

If cert is granted, when will it be decided?

Voted yes, but on reconsideration, likely no.
