No, they'll tack away from Russia to try and fill their sails with the anti-Trump, anti-Putin feeling on the part of the liberal left. Not that the liberal left will notice or care.

You greatly overestimate how much the Green Party cares about the liberal left. And there's way too many "anti-imperialist" pro-Putin leftists for them to not appeal to.

Not openly. What they will do openly, however, is deny that Russia interfered with the election in 2016. They will deem those assertions as nothing more than Democrats shirking blame for losing the election and engaging in conspiracy theories. It's more out of spite than out of loyalty to the Kremlin, though that may very well be there too.
