Trump won’t be president forever, and the pendulum will shift either 2020 or sometime later. It’s obvious the Dems are pursuing hardcore globalist policies and will nominate someone who will usher in the 3rd Clintonian term (Biden, Booker, Harris, Gillibrand, etc.) . What do you think will be the next great neoliberal ambition?

And why is it obvious? I strongly oppose all the things you just mentioned, but none of those people outside of Harris and open borders and corporate welfare support any of the things you mentioned.

Yea let's literally go back to the 16th century with such a rigid social hierarchy that destroying the welfare that. The natural free market (or government assuming the means of production for that matter) is not a sustainable model that ensures a balanced and prosperous society with a thriving middle class.

I don't think you understand what neoliberalism means. It's not just a scary buzzword for any ideology you don't like; it's a distinct set of beliefs, which is actually quite different from the Paul Ryan-esque conservatism that many of these "Great Neoliberal Projects" represent.

Or maybe this is just a troll post. I can't really tell, because people wrongfully equating neoliberalism with conservatism seems to be a pattern in the modern progressive movement. Anyway, I certainly hope that open borders and open trade are our country's next big project no matter what the next administration is like.
