After today, I am extremely tempted to place Vlad on top. Trump is doing nothing to fix/get rid of the problem people in America.

I'm not sure about all of them, I'd need to take more time than I have, but I can say that Moon and Macron are my top two right now.

Moon is probably the best, despite being such a weaksauce lib and spineless on lgbt issues, especially if he actually pulls the DPRK detents off (better than the spectacular Sunshine Policy anyways):

Then Biebertrudeau, Jokowi, Macri, Macron, Juncker, Turnbull, Merkel, Ramaphosa, May, Abe, Conte, EPN, Trump, Temer, Xi, Modi, Erdogan, Putin, Salman and his spawn.
