Here's my prediction for 2018: There is a Democratic wave and it's huge. The Democrats are watching the results with excitement and it looks like the entire congressional delegation is going to go Democratic, but as it approaches midnight, one or two House seats slip away. It is going to be a similar situation with Maryland in 2008.
