What did Picus run on? Also, I'd probably take anyone but Pelosi, I don't think she's helpful anymore, and Cantor-ing her out of office is probably for the best.

Pelosi. She might not be such a great Minority Leader [pity about Tim Ryan], but she's still great for the area and very likely to be powerful resistance even still.

If she doesn't do much this term, then there's problems.

I'm not a Democrat, so I didnt vote in this poll I created. I wouldn't have voted in the runoff. In the primary, I would have voted for Republican Bob Miller. Picus tried to appeal to Bernie Sanders type Democrats. Would you have voted for Miller over Pelosi? With the Louisiana style primary and runoff, Cantor-ing is impossible in California because there are no party primaries. Under this system, primary defeats are also significantly more unlikely. Honda-ing Pelosi is more likely, where another Democrat defeats Pelosi in the runoff.
