The border needs looking at now.

NCLB has to be funded properly or not at all.

Healthcare has to be addressed. It just doesnt sound right that 45 million dont have healthcare.

Does "seriously approve" mean what it would actually take for me to approve of Bush (in other words, give a serious answer to the question? Or does it mean what would be needed for us to strongly approve of him?

In any event, I'd be happy if he did all of the following: balanced the budget, stabilized Iraq, and increased spending for education, transportation, health care, and community development.

He should split the Department of Transportation into the Department of Arrivals and the Department of Departures.
