Well, Hillary Clinton did lose it in the primary.
But she lost to a candidate tic her left. Clintons are invincible in WV against right wing opponents.

I wouldn't say 100%. I would say ONE MILLION PERCENT!

Hillary threatened to close the mines and the jobs, WV trended from the 14th most Republican in 2008 to the 5th most Republican in 2012, it was only won by Bill Clinton twice because it didn't trend Republican fast enough, it voted for Dukakis in 1988 and for Carter twice in 1980 and 1976.
