They do.

NV and CO are already in her column.

NC is polling better than NV, and nearly as good as CO, according to Upshot and most other prediction sites. That is, Clinton's chance of winning NC hovers around 80%.

So, yes, I'd say that NC can be considered part of Clinton's firewall at this time.
