Trump can't win WI period. Not when he's alienated half the Republican Party there, especially with this Paul Ryan drama.

Several polls over the last few months have shown Clinton leading in AZ, including one on Aug 1.

Not a single WI poll has shown Trump ahead.  Only one poll has ever had him closer than 5 points: a Marquette University poll, taken right after Comey's bombshell.  And Clinton still held a 4-point lead.

Clinton absolutely could win AZ.  Trump will not win WI.

Swap PA for WI and you have an interesting question.

WI Republicans want a union-smashing, tax-slashing, pro-business, socially conservative candidate.  If Mike Pence topped the ticket, he would have had a chance of flipping the state.  Trump is the exact opposite of what Republicans in that state want.  His populism might attract independents, but without GOP support, he's dead.

LOL. Hillary wins Arizona is far more likely. Probably a 30-40% chance. That Trump wins Wisconsin has a chance of maybe 5%.

Hillary is much more likely to win Arizona, arguably its 50/50 in Arizona.

53% for Hillary in AZ
5% for Trump in WI, which I think is still overblown.

No polls show Trump leading in Wisconsin, but multiple polls show a Clinton lead in Arizona. I do not think that either will happen. In a typical election, the answer would be Wisconsin, but here, it's Arizona.
