Neither. He'll vote third party or abstain.

I don't think Mittens will be voting for Trump, nor endorse him. If a respectable third party candidate emerges, he will vote for that candidate, and endorse that candidate. That is my belief.

I agree. If the election were now and the only options were Clinton or Trump, he would vote Clinton, but there are third party alternatives. I'd probably bet that Trump says or does something really horrible to Clinton that pushes a lot of people in her camp though.

Maybe he can make my Mitt wins Utah and sends the election to the House strategy work!

He'll need a lot more than Utah to send it to the House.

Donald Trump: 267
Hillary Clinton: 265
Mitt Romney: 6

He only runs in Utah, so as not to help Clinton win with pluralities in other states.

I'm just saying that map is unlikely.  For neither candidate to get under 270 is extremely unlikely as a scenario with Mitt just running in Utah.

What if we add Idaho and Wyoming?  The problem is that we can't go much further or we risk making safely Republican states go Democratic.

It's pretty insane that you would even speculatively support a president chosen in such a way.

Does Utah allow write-ins? If so, he'll vote for Mitt Romney.

Being a Republican, that's the logical choice. Smiley
