From the moment Kasich became mathematically locked out of the nomination do you think Kasich's real intention is to split the anti-Trump vote and prevent Cruz from having a shot at the nomination?

Other than #NeverTrump, I really don't think so. There's a decent chunk of people who don't want Trump or Cruz. My dad hates Trump and thinks Cruz is crazy, so he'll be voting for Kasich. He's pretty much a RINO these days though (he's an Eisenhower/Rockefeller Republican).

Rubio definitely was a spoiler for Cruz and Kasich though. Cruz probably could've won LA, AR, and MO if Rubio had dropped after NH. Cruz may have been able to pull off KY as well. Kasich probably would've won Vermont and DC. Not sure about Minnesota, but I think it would've gone for Kasich or Cruz in Rubio's absence.

It would make him seem somewhat effective, so I hope so.
