Why would Cruz pick Bush? If he's going for an establishment vp, Kasich is infinitely better.

Last year I promised myself that in a Clinton vs. Bush election I wouldn't vote for either. I guess even though I've mentally eliminated that as a real possibility by now, I would have to stick to my principles in this situation.
