FC, but hampered by intense regional sniping between Jeolla and Gyeongsang; and the demons of military rule. Though Park Jr. is a lot better than her predecessor, the country is rife with various iproblems as recent issues like the Sewol ferry disaster indicate.

(Obviously a lot better than the North though)
