He was guilty of what he was charged of.



No one is denying that, the question is whether that's enough to remove him from office.

Legally speaking, Clinton did not actually commit perjury.  And the people who are voting to impeach for anything other than what he was charged with are acting unethically.  You don't convict people unless they are guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt, of the crimes and only the crimes that they are charged with.

Not Guilty (R).  Although he probably was guilty of obstruction of justice, I don't think he deserved impeachment for it.
