Yes, but only to trigger the libs.  I would never wear them.

You're only triggering my sense of frugality. That is probably the worst use of $400 ever. But hey, it's your money, wasting it is your prerogative.

It's a $400 campaign contribution...and I get limited edition merch in return?  Sounds like a good investment!  These shoes will probably be a collector's item in 20-50 years.
I like you man, but a regular jerk giving someone who claims to be a billionaire 400 bucks is dumb whether you get a tchotchke or not.

$400 is not that much.  The average Atlas neckbeard probably has at least that much in Funko Pops.
It's more than two weeks what I make at DoorDash. Obviously I don't do DD full time nor is it a primary source of income, but I'm sure not going to work for that length of time for two weeks just to get those hideous shoes.

Why are you feeling so butthurt that these shoes weren't made for people like you?  LOL

Yeah I'm not a Trump supporter so they weren't made for me. Not being a Trump supporter is not something to be upset about.

The idea of a big fat guy promoting athletic shoes is strange, in my opinion. He should be promoting quadruple XL shirts or something more appropriate.

If I wanted to spend hundreds on useless crappy shoes that I'm never going to wear, I have my Louboutin So Kates. They're fire when they're on, but holy hell are they uncomfortable as anything.  And yet I'd still prefer to wear them over this garbage.

I'm not a fan of that type of shoe at all, they're obviously uncomfortable to boot...much prefer this type of heel which looks less uncomfortable:

SNIP!

Don't get me wrong, I love love how my Loubs make my legs look.  They're 120mm (which is quite high for a no-platform heel) and they do wonders for making the leg look longer and accentuating your curves.  But for those who have never worn a thin stiletto, it's like standing on your toes while balancing the rest of your weight on a chopstick.  They take practice and core strength to wear; there really is a technique to your stride (not bending your knees, keeping your shoulders back, and so on).

Strappy heels can be comfy, but it really depends on the thinness of the straps, the type of strap, height of the heel, etc. etc.

Nope, nor anyone else's. I wouldn't buy $400 shoes if they were promoted by my favorite emo band.

I suppose the one thing that could make me buy $400 shoes is if they were magic shoes that whenever I wore them made it so that it would appear like any woman I saw wasn't wearing shoes or socks.

Be real here.

If Seth MacFarlane released limited edition Sneakers O'Toole Chuck Taylors for $400 you'd be one of those guys sleeping outside the store in a tent like when the original iPhone came out.
