Somewhat Approve, he's been doing a better job of communicating with the Senate.

Although the relationship between the President and certain Senators could be better. Tongue

In all fairness, TexasDem (or am I supposed to call you Talleyrand now?), the president isn't the only one to blame for that. If I was a stronger person I could deal with it better. But I just really, really have a hard time dealing with someone who purposely approaches others, out of a percieved position of power, in an antagonistic way. It's just so damn unnecessary.

So I don't think I really need to spell out how I voted.

Well, you're "supposed" to call me Talleyrand now, but I suppose TexasDem is still fine.

I agree he isn't the only one to blame for it, but you weren't the main one I had in mind when I thought of "certain senators" (although you're definitely one of them). I agree he often comes across as antagonistic, and some Senators don't really help out either, but your relationship with him doesn't concern me as much; since you're the main conservative voice in the Senate, you're bound to clash with a Liberal President anyway. On the other hand, the melodrama between the President's Regional Senator and himself is rather concerning.

Compared to what we have now, I can say with a great deal of certainty that the time from the end of February onwards will be a happy time for Atlasia, even if it means we elect the ticket led by that loony socialist. Wink

At least he's actually doing his job now, but our expectations for the president should be higher than that. A good president respects dissent and engages with those with whom he or she disagrees.

Strongly disapprove.

It is better than it was two months ago or so. I think his relationship with the Senate has improved and I think he made a wise decision bringing Sjoyce back into the cabinet as well. Now if only we could get active people into these posts all at one time, things would really start getting fun then. Recently, we even found ourselves alone together (or atleast almost so Wink), on the same side of a major issue. That is always a fun experience, it reminds me of a few times I voted with Bgwah back in the day.

Still there is room for improvement to be sure. Smiley

The Right apparently thinks I'm a loony Socialist, while some on the Left think I'm secretly a Moderate Hero. Tongue
