I am proud because I'm free from the totalitarian dominance exerted by the "fitness" dogma and by the absurd cannons of modern society. Because I'm not brainwashed into doing something painful and time-consuming simply because the society tells me it is a good thing to do. Because I'm fine with my current body and I don't feel the need for an overly muscular one, especially if the price to pay for it is daily torture.

Being free from totalitarian dominance will not help you get girls.

Believe me, my physical form is the last of my issues when it comes to getting girls.

3 times a week - religiously. Two with a trainer doing weights and TRX and whatnot, and one with a pilates instructor (for the inner muscles). I do an hour of warmup and treadmill before the hour with the instructors.

Is that all you do with the pilates instructor? Wink

Oh hell no, that's not all he does.....he's mainlining testy......anything that comes near him is fair game Smiley

To answer the question, I don't have any kind of regular regimen. As a horrendously compulsive person I'll occasionally run obsessively every night for a month or something. It's good I'm not a fat (is that the correct opeboism?), 'cause I'd literally never lose the weight given how my brain works.

I do walk everywhere, though, so I guess that's something. Tongue

I play tennis 1-2 times a week. I bike around quite a bit. I try to go to the gym twice a week.

On the professor topic, you need to exercise to keep girls, not to get them. Tongue

Go to the school weight room as much as possible, run about every other day or so, though that's bee lagging. Ran today, quite short, should get back to doing two runs around the subdivision instead of my lazy one. Plan on doing a lot of exercise this summer, dropping some fat, gaining muscle, improving speed, etc.

Once a day now. Now that I'm back in civilization, I go to the gym at my apartment complex before work, and I swim a few laps when I get home from work after dinner.

I used to go to the gym regularly.

I still do over an hour of walking every day, and I'm usually carrying ~15 lbs of stuff.

Always walk everywhere, though.

Mailman?

No, I mean the sum weight of my laptop, several hardcover library books, my e-reader, a bunch of paper, and my bag itself.  Tongue

I don't play any sports but I ride my bike everywhere instead of driving and frequently go on hikes.

I have started exercising daily; hopefully I'll graduate from skinny to the elusive "swimmer's bod."

Gaining weight is impossible. I have no idea how so many Americans are so obese.

I truly hate you... I don't need to try, which is why I need to be so careful about diet especially.

I'm only 7 years older than him!

It's mostly genetics for me, my diet is good, I'm very active - but it's a constant struggle to keep excess off.

Yep, I eat like an obese resident of Mississippi and only do minimal amounts of exercise yet I'm at prime healthy weight for my height.
